Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 2-5 business days.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing an order. If a wrong address is entered, any fees for redirection will be the customer’s responsibility.

We securely pack each order, but once shipped, we are no longer responsible for the package. For any issues, such as loss or damage during transit, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. Note that delays may occur due to high parcel volumes after shipping.
